A 1977 Telecaster Custom is now in stock.
The Telecaster Custom was introduced in 1972, and while the Telecaster had undergone major changes, such as the addition of the original humbuckers developed the previous year on the front and the ability to control the volume and tone of each pickup, it still had an edgy sound that made it a popular model. The Telecaster Custom we have in stock this time was made in 1977 with ash body, light weight for this period, and some parts have been replaced, but the main parts including pickups are still original.
The strap pins and saddle screws have been replaced, and the frets have been rubbed and there is about 5 minutes left on the frets. The neck is in good condition and the truss rod can be adjusted. The overall paint is burnished, and there are some scratches and paint chips, but this is a vintage style guitar.
