[SN P025159] USED Fender Japan / JB75-90US Natural [11]
Faithfully incorporating 1975-style details while featuring a step-up specification with USA-made pickups, this is a truly compelling instrument. The combination of an ash body and maple neck delivers fast-attacking, tight bass and a bright, clear sound—a character truly representative of the 1970s Jazz Bass. It produces a crisp, snappy tone when slapping and a well-defined, presence-filled tone when fingerpicking.
Characteristic features of the era—such as block position markers, neck binding, a three-point joint, and a bullet truss rod—have been faithfully reproduced, resulting in a finish that fully captures the authentic look and feel.
The knobs on each pot have been replaced. Additionally, there is a slight difference in fit with the pickguard, so it may have been replaced.
Regarding the rear pickup, since it could not be lowered all the way and was too close to the strings, the sponge integrated into the brass plate has been removed to make height adjustment easier. The removed parts are included.
The bridge cover is missing. Mounting holes remain.
Overall, there are scratches, dents, metal rust, and discoloration, showing signs of use.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
