USED SELMER / Alto Mark VII SP Alto Saxophone SN.288xxx [03]

USED SELMER / Alto Mark VII SP Alto Saxophone SN.288xxx [03]

"Items in Stock at the Ochanomizu Wind Pal Store

This is a Selmer Mark 7 alto saxophone. It was manufactured around 1979. The silver-plated finish of the Mark 7 offers excellent tonal density and brilliance, which I believe truly brings out the instrument’s charm. It also offers a moderate sense of power and can be used across all genres, making it highly recommended for musicians who play a variety of styles. The neck has been replaced with a lacquer-finished one, which feels slightly lighter to play compared to a silver-plated neck. While there are some minor scratches from use, there is no major damage and the instrument is in good condition. The faulty pads have been replaced and the instrument has been adjusted, so it’s ready to play right out of the box.
