Other: A 2004 D-28 Marquis has arrived. It can be broadly classified as a Marquis-grade model from the early production period of the Special Editions category. Considering this is a 22-year-old instrument, it is in excellent condition. There are some pick scratches and impact marks on the pickguard and surrounding areas, but they are minor and few in number. The open-gear pegs, which bear the Martin logo, were originally nickel-plated, and I can’t help but admire the dignified patina that has developed naturally over time. There is some finish damage on the back of the headstock near the 3rd string peg, but it is a linear mark less than 7 mm in length. While a meticulous buyer might spot some fine scratches or slight dents, there is no noticeable damage to the neck grip or other areas. Considering its age, you may find it to be in a clean and beautiful condition.
* As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, or other imperfections that are difficult to capture in photos or not listed here. Please be aware of this in advance.
* Any specifications listed regarding the truss rod, remaining fret life, or string height were measured by our staff during setup. These measurements are subject to change due to environmental factors such as climate and humidity.
These measurements are intended as a reference at the time of purchase, and we cannot guarantee that the measurements will be exactly the same when the item arrives at your location.
* This item is a one-of-a-kind product currently listed simultaneously on multiple platforms, including our in-store display. While we strive to remove product listings promptly upon sale, updates may not always be in real time.
We sincerely apologize if the item happens to be sold out after you place your order, and we ask for your understanding.
