[SN 21904075] USED GIBSON / J-45 Standard Lefty Vintage Sunburst [06]

We’ve just received a used left-handed Gibson J-45 Standard from 2024!
The "J-45" is a round-shouldered acoustic guitar that debuted in 1942 as the successor to the J-35.
The body is all-solid, featuring Sitka spruce on the top and mahogany on the sides and back.
It features a flat teardrop pickguard and a single-ring rosette with 3-ply binding.
It is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Element VTC, allowing for volume and tone control right next to the soundhole edge.
Another distinctive feature is the rounded edge of the fingerboard, which allows for smooth fingering.
It features mother-of-pearl inlays, a Graphtech nut, and Grover Rotomatic tuners with a 14:1 gear ratio.
The glue-in dovetail neck joint and nitrocellulose lacquer finish (gloss) are familiar features!
The L.R. Baggs Element VTC delivers an even more balanced sound, making it a valuable asset for live performances!
The loud body resonance from the scalloped X-bracing is still going strong! The rich low and mid-range tones are unique to the J-45! When played with dynamics, the classic J-45 sound resonates beautifully!
There are touch-up marks on the neck heel and neck joint.
There are fine sanding marks on the body top, possibly from an attempt to remove playing scratches.
It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival.
