[SN JD24015364] USED Fender / ISHIBASHI FSR Traditional 50s Stratocaster Quilted Maple Top / Ash Back Honey Burst 2024 Honey Burst [05]
We’ve just received a beautiful used ISHIBASI FSR model—a Fender Traditional II 50s Stratocaster with a quilted maple top and ash back!!
This model is reminiscent of the Stratocaster once crafted by a master builder and used by that legendary guitarist.
Featuring a Honey Burst finish—a color rarely seen on Fender guitars—this special finish brings out the inherent beauty of the quilted maple to the utmost degree.
It also features gold hardware that pairs perfectly with the Honey Burst finish, creating a luxurious look.
The pickguard is a 3-Ply Aged White Pearloid, which has a slightly more yellowish hue than standard pearloid, creating a look that is both vibrant and understated.
True to its status as a special model, it makes no compromises whatsoever—not only in appearance, but also in playability and sound.
The "C"-shaped neck, 9.5-inch radius fingerboard, and medium-jumbo frets provide smooth playability.
The "Gold 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo" is mounted on the bridge to deliver a traditional Stratocaster sound.
The pickups feature a USA-made 57/62 Strat Pickup Set, which is also found on select "ISHIBASHI FSR" models.
These pickups utilize Formvar magnet wire—developed by disassembling and analyzing an authentic 1963 Stratocaster—to deliver the bright, transparent tone of a genuine vintage Strat.
With relatively flat frequency response, these pickups are easy to shape with effects and amplifiers.
There are almost no signs of use; only a few minor picking marks are visible on the pickguard.
It comes with many of the accessories included when new, such as the original soft case and booklet.
